SAVAŞ UÇAKLARININ BAKIM FAALİYETLERİNDE HATA TÜRÜ VE ETKİLERİ ANALİZİ
In this study, F-4 fighter jets’ elevation command systems malfunctions were analyzed by the help of FMEA. The damages that were caused by elevation command systems’ failures were described and control steps which could be used before they occurred, were planned. By FMEA results, extension of fighter jets active duty time is aimed without any accident. F-4 fighter jets elevation command system’s failures identified, their results were analyzed, control precautions were explained and the most important failure was determined by Risk Priority Number and suggestions to prevent them were explained. By the help of these suggestions, ability of getting better results is proved. This study has the actual and certain results for the F-4 fighter jet’s elevation command systems in Turkish Air Forces. Phase of analysis is useable and practicable for all F-4 fighter jet’s and their specific systems of aircrafts.
